Why we started.
In year two of our first tech business, we realized, after a dozen recruiters and countless interviews, that the resources available to find and engage elite candidates were antiquated and ineffective. We lacked the brand recognition of Fortune 500s and the deep pockets to leverage premium recruiters with the best networks. We assumed we needed those things to succeed, but learned the best talent was not applying online or seeking out recruiters for their next big move, so we focused our efforts and talents on solving the problem ourselves.
The execution was more complex than we imagined. We adapted advanced data analytics and next-gen business development techniques honed over the past decade to identify, contact, and close candidates in ways previously unheard of in talent scouting. As we experienced incredible success, Hypersourced took shape.
We know the most important thing to a small business is its people. Our mission is to empower small and medium businesses by equipping them with the top talent in their industries.
